These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 9yyy platform. Please read them carefully before using our services. By accessing 9yyy you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.
You must be 18 years of age or older — or meet the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction to use this platform.

All financial transactions are processed in PKR or supported currencies. Familiar Pakistani payment methods are available for context; processing times and limits vary by method and account verification status.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 9yyy ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://9yyy.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 9yyy website, mobile interface, content, features, tools and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any of the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 9yyy platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

We acknowledge that Pakistan has specific legal restrictions on gambling under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and that certain provincial regulations may impose additional restrictions. 9yyy does not claim that use of its platform is authorised by any Pakistani government authority, including the PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. Users in Pakistan accept full responsibility for assessing and complying with applicable local law.
To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9yyy will not be held liable for any loss, damage or unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) so that appropriate security measures can be applied without delay.
9yyy reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include government-issued identity cards (such as a Pakistani CNIC), passport, driving licence and utility bills or bank statements as proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
The 9yyy Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment and information purposes only. You agree to use the Services in good faith and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without the prior written consent of 9yyy.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9yyy Platform:
9yyy is optimised for use on modern browsers and mobile devices across Pakistani networks, including 4G/LTE connections commonly used in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure or factors beyond our reasonable control.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are denominated in PKR or the applicable supported currency.
Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of gambling services by those institutions, nor does it imply any formal affiliation or partnership with 9yyy.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds. Withdrawals will be returned, where possible, via the same method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by method and may be subject to additional checks where the withdrawal amount is material.
Where transactions involve currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 9yyy is not responsible for any losses arising from currency fluctuation between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
Promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and cashback incentives, are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin table games — may not contribute fully to wagering requirements.
9yyy employs monitoring systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, we reserve the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method. Users sharing a household who attempt to claim the same offer multiple times may have all associated bonuses voided.
All bets placed through 9yyy are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. Rules are published within each betting or gaming interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing a bet or commencing a gaming session.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption or result reversal by the governing body after initial settlement, 9yyy reserves the right to re-settle affected markets in line with the updated official result.
In-play betting markets are subject to rapid price changes driven by real-time event data. 9yyy accepts no liability for bets placed at an incorrect price where that price was the result of a manifest error or data feed failure. Such bets may be voided at our discretion.
In the event of a manifest error — including obvious pricing mistakes, incorrect event listings or technical failures affecting odds display — 9yyy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled in the User's favour.
Maximum winnings caps apply per bet, per event and per day, as published in the relevant sports or casino rules section. 9yyy reserves the right to limit stake sizes or decline bets from any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of Platform content will terminate the licence granted herein and may expose you to legal liability. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by 9yyy.
The 9yyy Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. 9yyy expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9yyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, 9yyy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits you have made to the Platform in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) PKR 10,000 — whichever is higher.
9yyy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental action, network failures, power outages, natural disasters or civil unrest.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9yyy holds its operating licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply concurrently and independently of this Agreement.
In the event of a dispute between you and 9yyy, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] (plain text only) to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through our internal complaints procedure, disputes may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body specified in the operator's licence terms.
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licence jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined above.
9yyy reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where practicable and where the change materially affects your rights, we will notify registered users via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure via our support team.
